Which archive is this SCN in? or not in range??

  Hi all,  I have SCN and trying to find the associated archive sequence number where this SCN belong to. I am looking for something similar to SCN_TO_TIMESTAMP function. I tried writing own code based on recid and sequence# from v$archived_log but was looking for a Oracle-provided function/package
