parallel install 11g on same Server with Grid Control 10.2.0.5

 Hello,
we will install the new Grod Control 11g Version an same Server with "old" 10.2.0.5 GC.
But we down´t whant to make an upgrade, just a new install with new Database etc.

is this possible`?
