Dictionary Comparisons or Dictionary Synchronizations using Change Management Pack

When performing Dictionary Comparisons or Dictionary Synchronizations using Change Management Pack, sequences are considered different even if the only difference is the current value of the sequence.  Among other things, this causes daily scheduled comparisons of the [Latest] version of a baseline to the [Latest - 1] version of the same baseline to flag differences in sequences and consequently wastes the DBA's time verifying that the difference is truly only the start value.
Question #1:  Is it possible in OEM Grid Control 10g Release 5, when creating a Dictionary Comparison Specification or Dictionary Synchronization Specification, to ignore the difference in current value of sequences without ignoring all sequences?

Howdy, Stranger!
