How to automatically manage the Flashback_recovery_area

My 11g database is on the Archive mode and the sevrer is on 64bit Windows 2008.

How can I have a automatical deteling files from flashback_recovery_area if my backup files and archivelog file is out of date from my retention policy of RMAN?

For instance, I have "Retention Policy to Window of 14 days". Oracle did not delete files from FRA  after 14 days. When the FRA was full, my instance will be hung up and error, ORA-00257, Archive error. Now, I have to manully detele files on OS, then crosscheck copy, delete expired copy.
