P0901A - In version 9.2 unable to add(copy) accounts, why?

  P0901A - In version 9.2 unable to add(copy) accounts. Description: In the past you were able to "copy" an account. You would inquire on an account, change the action code to an "A" and replace an existing "Bus. Unit" with a new BU. Now when you do this the program appears to work, no error message, but when you inquire on the account the new BU is not shown.

Description of SAR: When attempting to use the accounts by object program (P0901A) to copy/add an account to a business unit, the account is not added and no error is produced when PO #6 is flagged.
