Question: A number of questions on DELSCR Impact on Scratch Allocation

Question 1: Does DELSCR(YES) impact scratch allocation performance in any way?
 
Question 2: Can DELSCR(YES) eliminate scratch volumes from the VTSS and, therefore, 
                  prevent VTCS ever being able to select a VTSS resident scratched VTV?

   

Question 3  If there are no VTSS resident scratched VTVs available for reuse, do we have 
                  to recall a scratch VTV or do we add time in any way to the allocation process?

   

Question 4: How do we select which scratch VTV to use during allocation?
