MY USER GROUPS REQUISITIONS (MUGR) within iProcurement. I'm looking to restrict other people viewing MUGR's. Our system works on a single organisation (not multi-organisation) and all employees are assigned to a single hierarchy. I have looked at document types set-up and tested various methods i.e. Security Level = Pubic, Access Level = Full and Forward Method = Hierarchy. I have tested this in various ways at Security and Access Levels.
Our Goal is to create a list of staff who in-turn will create requisitions with sensistive (confidential) information i.e. home addresses and we want the system to stop other employees (who don't work in this specific team) from viewing these requisitions (thereby restricting the sensitive information).
