Getting Error while creating Clone Database on 10g R2 wid 9i cold backup

hi to all,            I have Oracle 10g R2 database Software Installed on WIndows Xp Sp3 wid 1 gb Ram.I have Cold Backup of 9i database of 16 gb size when i am making Clone wid this 9i cold Backup I am getting Error Oracle Disconnection Forced & Instance Terminated.I have tried so many Times but i am getting same Error.

Plz reply the steps to clone database on 10g R2 Database with the 9i cold backup
