target database status pending shows on grid control 10g

HI , I AM USING GRID CONTROL 10G VERSION 10.2.0.5 AFTER CONFIGURE A DATABASE ON GRID TARGET DATABASE STAUS SHOWS PENDING ON GRID CONTROL HOME PAGE WHILE I CAN LOG IN TO THE DATABASE THROUGH GRID ONLY HOME PAGE NOT SHOWING (STATUS PENDING) EMAGENT.LOG 2010-06-22 12:07:49,361 Thread-7020 fatal error parsing E:\oragrid\agent10g\sysman\admin\default_collection\rac_database.xml, will be ignored (00405) 2010-06-22 12:07:55,236 Thread-4796 ORAXML-212, File=file:/E:/oragrid/agent10g/sysman/admin/default_collection/oracle_database.xml, Line=16, Msg=LPX-00212: comment must not contain "--" (01006) 2010-06-22 12:07:55,283 Thread-4796 ORAXML-212, File=./database.xmlp, Line=688, Msg=LPX-00212: comment must not contain "--" (01006)
