Hello All~

I'm trying to report the employee and employer social security and medicare wages?  I need to be able to report these wages by state for 2009.

I believe they are elements SS_SUBJECT_EE, SS_SUBJECT_ER, MEDICARE_SUBJECT_EE, MEDICARE_SUBJECT_ER or SS_SUBJECT2_EE, SS_SUBJECT2_ER, MEDICARE_SUBJECT2_EE, MEDICARE_SUBJECT2_ER.  When I run the query that I have, I don't get these elements to report, but I do get all the data you would see on your paycheck.

Is there anyone that has a query that reports this they would like to share or can tell me how to get this data?
