Predecessor/Successor values wont import from Excel

P6 v7, Win7 Pro x64
I'm trying to import an Excel file back into P6, but can't get the "pred_list" & "succ_list" columns to import.  I've tried to copy/paste the activity IDs from the "task_list" column over to the predecessor and successor columns, as well as manually entering all of the data in Excel.  Is there some formatting or other setting that is causing me to have this problem?
