datapump message in alert log file

 I am getting so many messages in alertlog file  like

 The value (30) of MAXTRANS parameter ignored.
kupprdp: master process DM02 started with pid=33, OS id=25795
         to execute - SYS.KUPM$MCP.MAIN('SYS_EXPORT_SCHEMA_01', 'SCOTT', 'KUPC$C_1_20100623221820', 'KUPC$S_1_20100623221820', 0);
kupprdp: worker process DW03 started with worker id=1, pid=35, OS id=25797
         to execute - SYS.KUPW$WORKER.MAIN('SYS_EXPORT_SCHEMA_01', 'SCOTT');

when i am using expd.

But I dont want it to get on alert logfile.

What i have to do ,is there any parameter to stop it writing to alert logfile.
