flashback database - now to determine the size of recovery file

 Hello. I am looking into using flashback database. My application team will be applying vendor-provided changes to their tables and they need to be able to roll these changes back in case of an issue. I have read Arup Nana's article in Oracle mag (restore to the point) and it describes exactly my situation.

The question that I have is how do I determine the realistic db_recovery_file_dest_size value?  The DB version is 10.2.0.3
