Where is the XML Spec Repository for a full package located in AS/400/DB2?

This is a question that had been popping up lately & I hope that the Gurus here can help shed more light.

Where and how can we find XML Spec Repository for a full package in AS/400?  We are told that they are in a library.  As an example, we were looking for F98740DV900FA table (*FILE) in a library just like one in SQL or Oracle DB, but we could not find it.   We had heard that E1 or AS/400 creates a short name for each XML spec tables and was wondering if anyone knows how to go about locating the specs table and correlating the short name to the actual package name.
