Vertax Arizona changes - deployed SAR but taxes not calculating correctly - any guidance?

 Greetings-

I am working with JDE HCM Payroll, version 8.0.  Effective July 1 2010 Arizona has changed their tax calculation to be a percentage of gross.  Vertax has distributed new tax calcs and a SAR was released from Oracle to make the Employee Tax Overrides program (P060120) work with the new codes.

Despite installing the new vertax values, installing the SAR and related special instructions the tax calcs are not working correctly.

Has anyone installed the SAR's related to the Arizona tax changes and if so, any issues that occurred and how you resolved them?
