We are working with a chemical company in which there are many suppliers with different lead times (from 15 days until 120 days) for the same item, so when we launch the plan by the “advanced supply chain planning” responsibility we get the date of a planned order in due to a fix lead time for a particular item, but we cannot confirm this order to share it with the buyers, because maybe this is not the real time when they need to put the order to the supplier for many reasons, as a price, availability,

Howdy, Stranger!
