Do we need both Oracle Service Contracts and Procurement Contracts to implement contract that inte

 I would like to know in order to have a Contract system to handle our business contracting needs

do we need to have both Oracle Service Contracts and Procurement Contracts applications?

We already have Oracle Purchasing in release 11i(11.5.10.2) .

We currently have a custom Contract database on Lotus Notes database and would like to see If we can use Oracle related Contract application . This way we don't contiue support and develop custom

application and also be able to leverage Oracle out of the box capability and integration with Oracle Purchasing thru mentioned two application:

  - Oracle Service Contracts

  - Procurement Contracts
