Exception: Event Code VTFRN-1342-8

We manually added a record to the ACTVCODE table, and now we're getting the following when trying to add additional records using the application:

Exception:  Event Code VTFRN-1342-8

Description:  TCVirtualTable.FindRowNewIndex: Adding row (ACTVCODE - Activity Code Value: 42156 - Subcontracted Labor.) conflicts with existing unique key: (42156).

Can anyone please tell us where we need to update the most recent activity code value???  There must be a table besides ACTVCODE that's keeping track.
