Inter-org via Intransit from Expense subinventory

In 11.5.10 we have set up some Expense subinventories so we can track items after they have been expensed.

Now we want to transfer these items between inventory orgs in the same OU. We can do this when the shipping network is set up with a transfer type of Direct but not when the transfer type is set to Intransit. When the transfer type is set to Intransit the Expense subinventories do not show in the LOV in the Interorg transfer screen.  We want to use Intransit so that the receiving org can check the items and easily perform the receipt.
