TCA in Oracle 11i verses TCA in Oracle 12i - Are there any changes ?

 Currently we are on Oracle release 11i and planning to use the TCA in AR. We would like to know If there are any differences between the TCA in 11i and Oracle release 12i?

-Does anybody know as where I be able to find  any documentaion on TCA?

-Does anybody implement their AR TCA?

-Does anybody know as where I can find the TCA document that contains the DB relationship?
