iprocurement setup and usage

 Hi using 12.0.6

Oracle purchasing is fully implemented and used too

we want to test iprocurement

wat shall i do..i went through the documentation but no such setup steps were found

How do i make it happen that all items from item master are visible on iprocurement portal?

Do suppliers need to have thier websites with products listed for i procurement to work?

will requisitions be made from prourement forms or i procurement portal?What about PO`s?

Please advice for above and other details
