Question: I am running a VTCS IMPORT job and it is taking hours to run. What can I do?

Question: I am running a VTCS IMPORT job and it is taking hours to run.  What can I do?

                 The best we’ve gotten in the recent past was 2,632 VTV’s per minute.  We
                 also notice very high %USE CPU and very little I/O happening.  We are
                 importing to an inactive CDS (importing using the INACTCDS parm).
