Windows Client - Agile 9.3.1 - Proxy

I have recently noticed that our proxy server is causing issues with at least one feature of the Windows client in Agile 9.3.1.
Highlight attachment.  Click  'More - Get Shortcut'.

  • With my browser using the corporate proxy, this operation fails.  In IE7 nothing happens.  Firefox the 'Copy URL to Clipboard' window opens but nothing is displayed inside.
  • When my browser not using corporate proxy, this operation works.

Is there a list or doc that will tell our proxy team what they need to edit to allow WCM to be fully and correctly utilized?
