Aglile 9302 deployment is failing after the Agile 9302 upgrade with WLS Server 10.3

 Hi All,
We are having issue after upgarding to Agile 9302 with WLS Server 10.3.0.
The WL Managed Server is not starting up successfully with new Agile version .Does any one has any ideas?

The below is the error message

java.lang.NullPointerException
