Size = 250 GB
Oracle = 8i ( 8.1.7 )
ENV = AIX

Server bd Historical
Oracle 9i r2 ( 9.2.0.5 )
ENV : AIX

I need  restore from tape backup 8i to  server 9i , this operation is possible.
I am aware that then I have to perform the upgrade steps.
