Customize a form to replace standard Item Master form under Inventory
The Item Master under INV is too cumbersome for data entry. How is the technical complexity of customizing a form with the minimal amount of required data and import the data through the API? Aside from the Oracle support issue, (we're in 11.5.8. which is no longer supported by Oracle anyway), what is the implication and challenge? Is it going to be prone to error given that item master is being used across many modules in ERP?
