Credit Hold and Service Hold

How does the credit hold and service hold on customer account/site affect lease applications and contracts in OLFM. We were able to create lease applications and book contracts for a customer on credit hold and also for a customer on service hold. In Order Management, if the customer is on credit hold, the order goes on credit hold. How should it affect in OLFM?
