R986114/R986114a UBE delivered in Tools 8.98.3 doesnt seem to work

Hi,
has anyone managed to get R986114/R986114A the Critical Batch Path UBEs working.  They are delivered in 8.98.3 and are touted as a way of analysing batch schedules,  but on two EnterpriseOne 9.0 systems we have tried this on,  the R986114A fails.

Any ideas welcome as GSS seem to have none!
