I am new on using RMAN. Please advise me. Thanks

I am planning to run a full 1x/wk and incremental 6x/wk.

1. If all or part of backup files will stored on outside of FRA, will RMAN manage those files? like delete expired backup files? or I have to use OS delete expired files?

2. Can 6 days incremental backup files be stored on one folder, if I save them on outside of FRA?

3. Whenever I save all backup files on outside and/or inside of FRA, if I need RMAN to restore backup files, can RMAN find a file or right file set from any plase on the server?
