Contingent Worker Projects 11i 5.10

 Hi,

I am looking to see if there are users out there that have converted from contractors being set up as employees in HR module and Projects to contingent workers after the Family Pack M.  I would like to hear how the migration went of if it the employees can be switched to contingent woker or if there is a lot more involved.  Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.  Or if there is documentation that I can read up on this.
