Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Database Administration (MOSC)

audit_trail=xml in oracle 10.2.0.3

I'm using oracle 10.2.0.3 on win 2003 server 32B.

I set audit_trail=xml in pfile, I've shut down and startup the database but I got the err:

service handle not initialized

What can I do because I need the audit in xml format?

The other 2 value DB and OS for audit_trail are working.
