restore until time option after I have full backup and level one backup

 Hello:

I'm asking this to prepare myself for upcoming restoration request.  I need a confirmation that I'm heading on the correct path by right procedure.

(1) source DB (production):  archive log mode.  Sunday (06/27/2010) level zero backup (full), Monday (06/28/2010) level one backup.

(2) restore to destination DB (test):  06/29/2010 open for users; keep DB name the same.  Disk structure is different on remote server.

I need to know which option in restore inside run {} clause is better - set until time, set until #seq, set until SCN, or else?

Sunday backup time: 22:30 - 01:30 (3 hr, full backup)

Monday backup time: 22:30 - 00:30 (1.5hr, level one backup).
