Oracle Enterprise Manager does not work on Physical Standby Database

 Hello,

Oracle Enterprise Manager does not work on Physical Standby Database.

Oracle version: 11g for Windows

We have Data Guard configuration setup as follows:

Primary Database: ORATST
Physical Standby Database: ORAPSD
Data Guard mode: Max Availability mode
Enterprise Manager configured on Standby machine manually
Enterprise Manager is also configured on Primary machine when we installed the oracle/database.

We found that Oracle Enterprise Manager only runs only on Database which has Primary role. If ORATST is primary then OEM runs properly on ORATST. But it will not run on ORAPSD and vice versa.

Note: OEM is not grid control.

Please help me resolve this issue.
