Enterprise Manager Grid upgrade to v.10.2.0.5.0.

 Please advise.

We are currently running a three node RAC cluster (CRS v.10.2.0.4.0, RDBMS v.10.2.0.4.0, v.10.2.0.4.0 Oracle Agent), and have an Oracle Management Server (OMS), running on a separate server with OEM v.10.2.0.3.0, Agent v.10.2.0.3.0 and Repository Database v.10.2.0.3.0.  We need to upgrade the EM Grid to v.10.2.0.x version, without thinking on 11g yet.

Question 1.

Most probably the RDBMS, CRS, ASM will be upgraded next time from the current v.10.2.0.4.0 to v.11.2.0.2.0 (10.2.0.5.0, or 11gR1 will be skipped). Because of that, currently we are not considering upgrading the OEM Grid to v.11g.  Should we consider an OEM Grid upgrade to v.10.2.0.4.0 or v.10.2.0.5.0  (from the current v.10.2.0.3.0)?
