Cannot create a Service Request without entering the product in iSupport(ibuSRIdentifyProblem.jsp)

 Hello,

When I try to create a service request from iSupport home page using a serial number it gives below error message

"Please enter a product"

Metalink note says that till 11.5.9 there was a profile option 'Oracle iSupport: Enforce product selection' to control this feature ...We are on 11.5.10.2 instance and I cannot see this profile option

Can you please let me know how can I fix this error without doing any customizations
