Error Message R12.1.2 Lease Quote Cannot be Accepted Until Tax is Calculated

 Last week, the client could submit an OLFM Lease Quote in R12.1.2 without calculating tax.  After recent patches were applied, the client now receives the following error message:  Lease Quote XXXXX cannot be accepted until tax is calculated.  Please calculate tax for this quote before accepting it.  The client would like to confirm that calculating tax on the Lease Quote is a NEW requirement.
