I would like find a note or a documentation to install dataguard

Hello

My database is in version 10.1.0.5 enterprise edition and I would like install a dataguard.

- I would like find a note or doc which give me a procedure of installation and a procedure to start on my second database if i have got a problem on my primary.
- I read a note which explain me that I have upgrade my database to version 10.2.0.4, is it true ?
