32 bit 11g OMS installation on 64 bit Linux

Is there any issues installing the 32 bit version of the 11g OMS on a 64 bit Linux (Oracle Enterprise Linux 5)? I'm hoping to do this as I'll have another OMS at a different site in an Active/Passive configuration, and that second OMS will be install on 32 bit Linux.
