R05116Z1I Payroll Batch File Processing - Error Codes and their meanings

We are testing an upgrade from 8.10 to 9.0 and I'm receiving a new error in my timecard batch entry processor.  Error code 2180 - Classification/Pay X-Ref Invalid.  Can anyone tell me what this error means and what needs to be done to correct the error?   Which field?

 We originally designed our input file layout for Xe and only have the first 162 fields mapped.  All other fields are defaulting.  Xe to 8.10 increased from 162 fields to 187 and we had no issue with that upgrade.  Now with 8.10 to 9.0 upgrade we are increasing up to 218 fields.  Not sure if I'm having a mapping issue or where to even begin with this error code.
