Can you suggest a Depreciation method?

Following is the requirement from the client

100 License has been bought for 6,500 in Jun-10
Each license has a life of 60 months

10 License has been started using from Jun-10.So 6500/100*10 should be depreciation over a period of 60 months from Jun

6500/100*10=650
650/60=10.83


20 license has been started using from Sep-10

So depreciation for the 20 license should be started from Sep-10
6500/100*20/60months
