Concurrent Request takes long time between Stages

Hi All,

    After creating a Receipt in Purchasing mode, trigger on RCV_TRANSACTIONS table invokes India Receiving Tansaction processor(India localization product), which is set incompitable to itself.

Concurrent stands still in Pending standby status for long time, once the status changes from Pending Standby to Running Normal,India Receiving Transaction processor Completes in seconds when the status changes to Running Normal.

We even definied a dedicated concurrent manager for this request but still does not help.

Can you please suggest how to narrow down the issue and wanted to check if the is due to India localization or Purchasing?
