How to contact a duty manager?

Looks like the call tree has changed. Now when we call OSS we get routed back to the Original Analyst. When we do this sometimes the Analyst is not available and we get bounced back and around through  the queue. Is there a way to call OSS and get a DM like we used to be able to do?
