Smart View deleting formulas on refresh

 Hi,

We are using HFM version 11.1.1.1 and some users are having an issue with Smart View not preserving their Excel formulas upon refresh or POV change and refresh.  We cannot replicate this issue, but we have seen a user lose his formula on refresh (in ad-hoc).  I noticed that there was a similar issue on the OTN forum, do you know if this is a known bug?  If so, is there a patch for this or a solution for the users that have the issue?  The user did have the "Preserve formula on POV change" option checked in Smart View.
