How to Apply Discounts on Service Requests?

Was wondering if there was a way to apply a discount for charges in Oracle Service?  Our users would like to enter a percentage and have the system automatically calculate.  Is there a way to accomplish this and if so how?  Currently, we have been unable to locate anything like this.  Thanks.
