WebADI Download Hangs - is there a way to verify the desktop setup?
I received a new laptop, after which WebADI no longer works for me. I have checked, double-checked, and re-checked the two settings that must be chaged, as per the WebADI User Guide. I added a third setting as per Note 746192.1
Still, when I try to create a WebADI worksheet, the system hangs during the download, and eventually times out.
We're running Oracle Financials Release 11.5.9, the desktop has Windows XP, Internet Explorer 7, Excel 2003, and Java 16.
Any ideas? Is there a tool or other idea to verify the client setup for WebADI, like there was for the old ADI setup?
