ASM Disk group redundency

 Hi

I am serching for metalink article which provide information on ASM Disk group redundency in SAN enviornment. I am installing oracle 11g R2 on Aix 6.1 envionment with Physical disk assingned from SAN storage with is already RAID 5 at storage Level.

I want Know what should be the ideal Disk group redumdency for my enviornment whether it is normal Redundency or External redundency?

I am also serching for article on Oracle Grid infrastructure installation and configuration for standalone server on AIX.
