Want to find userid of Person who logs in to create a Sales Camapign based on query written in Query

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question
We want to find userid of a sales person who has logged in  to create a Sales Campaign. So that the while tagret group list generation, the customer selected will be from his territory. The query is written in Query Template under Marketing -->Audience Workbench -->Audience Administration.

What are package/functions to get userid from OA Framework page. How OA Framework page interacts with this Sales Query template?

Please assist.
