Customer updated- y7 Error
We are trying to update the customer address but the customer interface is rejecting the record with erro 'y7'.
As per metalink the

Enable the Check Box Allow Changes to Printed Transactions in System options.
Navigation path
set up --> System -->System options --> Trans and Customers Tab -->
Allow Changes to Printed Transactions check box

I checked the setup but the Allow Changes to Printed Transactions check box is already checked.
Can someone please help.
