EMAIL CENTER R12 - CUSTOMER SEARCH

in Teleservice - EBS (MOSC) Question
When using Email Center R12's Customer search facility, only the main Party record is visible, showing the single identifying address.  How can I search for all the site addresses and Site contact details for the Customer?
