Reserving over completed (ATO) WIP Job quantities using WMS

Can anyone tell me if WMS has the ability to over complete WIP Jobs using WMS and reserve the extra completed quantity to the sales order for ATO items.

In standard WIP forms this can be done by inserting the sales order number on the line when completing the Job but I cannot find any similar functionality in WMS.

I know a work around could be to manually reserve the extra quantity separately but I am trying to avoid this.
